Most of my career has been spent building and scaling staffing and embedded talent models. I work closely with private equity and venture capital firms, and their portfolio companies, to design and build global Centres of Excellence in over 30 countries. These deliver 20-65% cost reduction, greater operational control, reduced risk, and access to high-quality, low attrition, AI-ready talent in strategically selected locations.

A core passion of mine is location and cost intelligence. I help organisations move away from saturated, high-cost markets or get away from traditional outsourcing such as BPO's. Instead, we build in-house global teams designed for performance and long-term value creation. Our work typically delivers multi-million-dollar savings while enabling AI adoption through the right team design, skills, and operating model. We support across leadership, technology, product, G&A, go-to-market, and all back-office functions.
